The International Property Flood Resilience Association (IPFRA) has today announced the appointment of Ray Moulds, Sales Director of Flood Control International (FCI), to its Executive Board, with effect from 1 July 2026.
The appointment further broadens the expertise represented on the Executive Board, with Ray bringing valuable insights and international experience, as IPFRA continues its work to support the growth and professionalisation of the PFR industry.
Flood Control International has developed a reputation for delivering innovative flood mitigation systems for infrastructure, commercial developments, public buildings and residential properties. It has delivered projects across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Australasia.
The appointment follows a significant first year for IPFRA, where it has established itself as a central voice for the PFR sector, helping to shape industry standards, support collaboration and contribute to key national initiatives including the FloodReady Action Plan.
