IPFRA Company Director - Sub Group Chair for Policy. Gareth Is CEO of Watertight International and Resilico with over ten years experience in PFR having overseen the delivery of over 3,000 installations to both domestic and commercial properties including schools. Gareth is Framework Director for the Environment Agency PFR Framework and is a leading expert in the delivery of the Flood Re Build Back Better scheme. Gareth sits on a number of industry working groups including the DEFRA PFR Roundtable (steering committee), PFRDG (Scotland), RICS Flood Expert Working Group, Flood Re PFR Expert Working Group, The Policy Connect (Bricks and Water) Parliamentary Policy Working Group under Baroness McIntosh and is a founding member and Director of IPFRA.
