Kerry Halfpenny MSc C.S.T.D.B is a Professional Flood Surveyor, Installer, Building Surveyor and Retrofit Coordinator, and founder of Fit For Living Homes. Passionate about improving the resilience and performance of existing traditional homes, she specialises in Property Flood Resilience, whole-house retrofit, basement waterproofing, ventilation and insulation. Kerry is also manufacturing a timber heritage flood door, speaks at industry conferences, and is commencing a PhD focused on basement-level flooding and resilience.
