Dave Lowe is Group Managing Director of the Caro Group, a Kent-based group of manufacturing companies that produces a diverse collection of products from Aerospace Castings to award-winning BS851188 accredited flood defence. Caro Group was the first flood defence product to achieve the BS851188-1:2019+A1:2021 accreditation through KIWA product testing.

With more than 35 years' experience across the manufacturing, television and communications industries, Dave is passionate about PFR having been involved in the flood industry since 2004, where he focuses on produce design, performance and quality standards
