A Chartered Water and Environmental Manager (C.WEM), and leads RAB’s Property Flood Resilience (PFR) sector, managing the delivery of national public Frameworks and major insurers. He is a member of CIWEM’s PFR Advisory Board and the PFR Delivery Group (Scotland), acts as a CIWEM Assessor for PFR certification and is an active member of CIWEM’s PFR Community of Practice. Andrew is also a co-author of the Homeowners Guide to Flood Resilience for the Know Your Flood Risk Campaign. Andrew is a member of IPFRAs sub-groups – Marketing, Membership and Communications and Specifications and Standards.
